Workspace plan, usage limits, seats and modules: Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise.
In Billing you see your workspace’s plan, your usage against the limits, the modules you’ve bought, and you manage the subscription.

Prices exclude VAT. Yearly works out as two months free: you pay ten monthly instalments (€290 on Pro, €690 on Team, €60/year per additional seat).
Free also caps custom fields at 3, project labels at 3 and imported issues at 200 per run; paid plans cap none of the three.
The storage in the table is the workspace total. Separate from that is how big a single file can be: 3 MB on Free and 10 MB on paid plans. It’s explained, along with your workspace’s usage, under Files.
Premium features include automations and advanced saved views. The General project doesn’t count toward the project limit.
Seats: who counts and who doesn’t
Pro has a hard ceiling of 10 people. Team includes 10 and charges €6/month per additional seat above that, with no size limit: the bill grows person by person instead of in jumps, and reads as “Team €69 + 3 seats × €6”.
These never take a seat:
- Agents. The agent allowance is independent of the member limit.
- Pending invitations: we don’t charge for someone who may never accept (the page does tell you what it will cost if they do).
- Read-only guests: showing a project to a client shouldn’t make your plan more expensive. As soon as a guest gets write access to any project, they count like anyone else. See Share a project.
Above 50 people we suggest talking about Enterprise (better terms, SSO, SLA, DPA and invoicing). It isn’t a ceiling: nothing gets cut off.
Modules
Some larger features don’t belong to any plan: they’re modules you buy separately, as one more item on the subscription you already have.

Module rules:
- They require a paid plan: they can’t be bought on Free.
- They’re not part of the 14-day trial.
- On Enterprise they’re included, switched on by us.
- The admin buys them, from Billing.
- Cancelling one doesn’t delete what you recorded: it becomes read-only.
- The price is a launch price and may change; if it does, we tell you first.
How to use it
- The page shows usage bars (users, projects, storage), highlighted as you approach the limit.
- Subscribing to Pro or Team opens secure checkout (Stripe Checkout). You can pick monthly or yearly.
- Managing an existing subscription opens the Stripe customer portal, where your invoices live too.
- Enterprise isn’t bought here: it’s agreed with us.
The Pro trial
When you create your account the workspace starts on Pro for 14 days, no card. When it ends it moves to Free automatically (we email you beforehand). Nothing is deleted: only Pro features stop being available. One trial per person.
Details
- Once the trial ends, the default plan is Free (no subscription).
- Subscribing and managing billing is for admins; usage can be viewed by any member.
- Reading the audit log comes with any paid plan (events are recorded on every plan, Free included; what depends on the plan is seeing them).
